“By coming to this page, you are showing that you have had enough of suffering your living hell, and want to eliminate your panic attacks and anxiety. You will probably have found that the medication your doctor recommended only masked your problem. Your counsellor was probably only interested in discussing some stressful event, but has never come up with a solution. The natural therapies and multivitamins have failed to deliver what they promised.
Your heart is probably still beating fast, the dizziness is with you all day, and hyperventilation comes and goes, at will. Your safety zone is getting smaller and taking your children to school, or going to work, becomes a bigger obstacle each day. The temptation now is to reach out to anyone who offers a miracle cure at an inflated price. You are now at your most vulnerable, and you are probably starting to believe that no-one understands what you are going through, and this is it for the rest of your life.

It doesn’t have to be like this. Have a read of the “my story” link at the top of your page. I suffered just like you for 20 years whilst serving in the RAF, and I am now fully recovered. I am also a fully qualified therapist, with full insurance, and have now dedicated my life to helping people like you become ex-sufferers. I have helped huge numbers of people turn their lives around and my facebook page is one of the largest owned by a therapist. Make a decision today to trust me 100% and get on the road to recovery. My methods are real and work over and over again; all I ask is that you are motivated to succeed. Have a read of the rest of the page, and then decide which package is best for you. I am looking forward to working with you. In my opinion this is the best online programme for panic attacks and anxiety.”

Eliminate Your Panic Attacks and Anxiety Facebook page

Once you have enrolled, you will receive instructions by email to start the first module immediately. And, don’t forget, I will be supporting you throughout via a choice of different mediums, depending on the package you opt for.

There are many products on the market to eliminate your panic attacks, but most are coping strategies. I am not interested in helping you cope! These are the techniques I personally used to eliminate my panic attacks, and they have also worked with anxiety and agoraphobia sufferers. This programme has the following advantages:

1. You can use it at home because it is all online. This is particularly important for clients who are unable to go outside, or travel to see a therapist.
2. These techniques are tried and tested, and have worked for me and hundreds of my clients. I have added some very effective recordings, and an amazing support package, which make this programme unbeatable. These recordings will help you de-stress and become more positive in your daily life.
3. I believe that our system is the most successful because we include optional, daily, online webinars. These are easy to attend – all you need is a pc or laptop. During these sessions, I use unique techniques to reduce your anxiety and make you mentally stronger.
4. You get personal support from me via the chatrooms, skype, facebook, email, phone, depending on the package you choose. If you don’t want my support, and want to do the programme on your own, then that is your choice. I have been through what you are going through and understand what your needs are.
4. The instructions are delivered every few days so that you are not overloaded with information.
5. Still not sure? I will let you use a sampler package (modules 1 and 2) for a small charge, for up to 3 months, to see if this really is the most effective treatment around.

Still not sure? That’s ok. Many people feel that their problem can’t be cured or have given up hope of getting their life back to where it used to be, before the anxiety disorders appeared.. If this is you, I suggest you do the following:

1. Go to my facebook page and have a look around at the great feedback. It has been there since 12 Dec 2012 and is the top page belonging to a therapist. If we weren’t doing something right, we would not have lasted this long and with so many members.

Make 2017 special – Great offer from Panicattacktherapist

facebook

Great offer open till 3 January 2017

New Year is a great time for planning the year ahead.  Think of what you planned to do last year, but failed because you kept putting things off.   Make it different this year!

This year, 2016, my clients have achieved amazing results which, at one time, they would have found daunting.  Results like flying on a plane, going shopping, visiting the dentist, driving, and the list goes on.  The only thing my clients did, which was different from other sufferers, was to make a decision and hire an experienced therapist like me.

Most sufferers procrastinate about getting help, or try the easy route by buying books/cds etc.  They find out the hard way that these kinds of “programmes” don’t work; what works is a structured programme supported by a qualified therapist.

Yesterday, I did a Facebook Live session and discussed 7 qualities you need to make your New Year’s resolution have a good chance of success.  Many people have asked me to write them down, so here they are.  (To see the whole recording, please go to my facebook page.)

1.  Plan big.
2.  Write it down.  Be specific.
3.  Pick a start date and work out a schedule.
4.  Keep progress details and discuss them with whoever is supporting you.
5.  Share your goals with your family and friends.  Become accountable.
6.  Accept failure.  It is part of progress.
7.  Plan a reward for yourself.

If you suffer from panic attacks/anxiety and want to address your issues in 2017, I am available to help you.  Enrol as a client on the link below, and I will give you the option of a one to one skype session to discuss your New Year resolution, and how to achieve it.  FREE!

If you enrol, this is what you will receive:

1.  Full online programme and all mp3 recordings. As it is online, it is ideal if you are housebound or limited with your time.
2.  Live online group sessions every week, to speed up your recovery.  If you are unable to attend these optional sessions, we have lots of recordings you can listen to.
3.  A closed facebook group for all my clients where you can offer yourselves mutual support and motivation.
4.  Support from myself via email, messenger, texting or through the closed facebook group.  I don’t have secretaries etc to provide support.  If you contact me, I will give you personal support.
5.  An option to have a one to one skype session to discuss your particur issues and an action plan for next year.  If you feel uncomfortable doing a skype session, then we can discuss other options.

Want to know what is in the programme?   Here are the contents:

I suppose you want to know the final cost?  How much would you expect to pay for the full programme, live webinar sessions, live personal support, and an optional skype session with Vincent Benedict?  I am also going to give you the full package for 7 days for FREE to see if it is as good as everyone says.

The total cost of my programme is normally £45 per month, and another £45 if you want a one to one skype session (one hour), giving a total of £90 for the first month.   However, I want 2017 to be special for you and I want you raving about all your great achievements in 2017.  Therefore, I am going to offer you the full programme, support and an optional one to one skype session for the ridiculous price of £35 per month. Also, you can cancel during the first 7 days without any charge.    This offer is only open till midnight on 3 Jan 2017, UK time.

Parents with panic attacks

Parents with panic attacks

People suffer from panic attacks, and it may affect their jobs or social lives.  However, in the case of parents with panic attacks, the consequences can be 10 times worse.  If the attacks are not addressed immediately, the sensations may get worse and start affecting their role as a parent.

A parent with panic attacks may find it difficult to take their children to school, attend class performances, take their children to the park or beach.  They see their children grow up without them, and the feelings of guilt will stay with them for a long time.  Problems may get worse if the child starts showing signs of anxiety, which it has learned from its parents.

As the situation gets worse, and the safety zone gets smaller, the parents’ self esteem diminishes as they see themself failing in their role as a parent.

Parents with panic attacks will, after a medical, either end up on medication or counselling.  However, this rarely helps and the parent will grasp at natural remedies, acupuncture, vitamin tablets, or whatever else they come across on a google search.  As each miracle cure fails, they become more and more demotivated and give up on ever being a “normal” parent again.

amy

However, it doesn’t have to be like this.  I am an ex-sufferer and I understand what has caused your panic attacks, and why you are in this cycle of fear.  I can tell you that there is no miracle cure, or expensive weekend retreat, which will cure you of your anxiety disorder.  Recovery takes time and effort and, because I have been through this myself, I can show you the way.  I have already worked successfully with thousands of clients and my facebook page is one of the largest therapy groups on facebook. (You can visit it here).  I can show you a structured programme to follow, with personal support from myself,  to make sure you get the most benefits.   There are no expensive fees or contracts and, because it’s all online, you don’t even have to leave home to follow the programme.  I am the only panic attack therapist who offers daily personal support for when you are having a bad day.   When I was a sufferer, I only saw my counsellor every couple of weeks.  If I ever hit a bad patch, there was no-one to turn to.  Seeing a counsellor every few weeks, with homework in between sessions, will not work for this kind of disorder.
Here is what I will provide for you, once you make the decision to do whatever is necessary, to get you back on the road to recovery:

*   Full online programme with mp3 recordings.  These are anxiety reducing recordings but also includes one which you can listen to, via headphones, on your way to the school, supermarket etc.  It will help to reduce your anxiety when you do something you normally avoid.
**  We do almost daily, live, webinars to reduce your anxiety and make you mentally stronger.  These are live sessions and will speed your recovery.  It is up to you how many sessions you attend in any week.  You will not require any special equipment or webcams etc.
***  Membership to a closed facebook group where you can chat to others in your own situation.  If you wish, we also have a buddy system if you want to have support from another client.
****I will provide personal support for everyone on this programme.  This can be via email, facebook chat, phone text, webinars; it is up to the client to choose his/her preferred medium of communication.
*****  I want anyone interested to sign up today and get used to learning how to use the log ins etc.  On Monday, the group start working together, with my support, to follow the techniques which will help you start being a “normal” parent again.

So, you are probably wondering how much this is going to cost? My normal rates are £45 or £125 per month, depending on the package you choose.  However, in order to try and help as many parents as possible, this therapy will only cost £35 per month.  There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.  £35 for the chance to start taking an active role in caring for your children!

20

So, here is what I want you to do:

*   Sign up today using this linkThe total cost is only £35 per month.  As payments are by credit card / debit card / paypal, your payments are protected.  Read the instructions you will receive in your email box (check your spam filter, if necessry).
**   Make a request to join my closed facebook  group for my clients only.  Here is the link.  I will meet you there and give you further instructions.
***  Congratulate yourself for taking the first step to recovery.  You have joined other parents with panic attacks, and starting a new life.

.

If you really want to join this programme to help parents with panic attacks, but there is some obstacle stopping you, phone me on 077 8215 8008 or email me on mail@hypnosolution.co.uk.  I may still be able to help.

Here are the links again to start the Parents with panica attacks programme and join my closed facebook page for my clients.

Zayn Malik anxiety

Zayn Malik anxiety explained by top anxiety therapist

Zayn Malik anxiety

Zayn Malik anxiety explained by top anxiety therapist

Zayn Malik anxiety has been in the recent press after cancelling several shows due to anxiety/panic attacks.

In a recent article in The Mirror about Zayn Malik anxiety, it states:

“In a statement released an hour after he was due on stage, the star admitted being “haunted by anxiety” and told fans: “Unfortunately my anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me. With the magnitude of the event, I have suffered the worst anxiety of my career. I cannot apologise enough but I want to be honest with everyone who has patiently waited to see me, I promise I will do my best to make this up to everybody I’ve let down today.”

To try and understand what is happening to Zayn, we need to look at several factors:
.
1. Reason for the continuing attacks
Zayn’s first attack may have been on stage, or in public in front of many people. He has now built a connection between his attacks, and being in front of people. The fear he experienced when he felt his first attack would have been so traumatic, that the fear of experiencing these sensations again is keeping him in this cycle. When he is aware that he has a concert approaching, he suffers from something called anticipation anxiety; he fears the event and worries in case he has another attack on stage. This fear is so intense that he has to find a way to experience relief; this is why concerts are cancelled. The more often this happens, the more stronger the connection between “fear” and “performing on stage”.
.
2. Excitement or Fear causing Zayn Malik anxiety?
In many cases, people who suffer from anxiety often also have situations where their brain mistakes a sensation and sends you down the panic route. When you think about it, the sensations you feel during anxiety and excitement are very similar; faster heartbeat, blood pressure higher, hyperventilation etc etc. When a person, who suffers from anxiety, feels a rush of excitement, his brain sometimes mistakes the sensations as those of anxiety, and sends him down the anxious path. This is what that person’s brain is used to, and it is an easier path to take, because it has happened so many times before.
.
.
The sufferer often feels that he is the only one who feels this bad, and can’t visualise that there will be a time when he will be able to get back on stage, without having an attack. However, by working with a Panic Attack Therapist, he can learn to overcome these sensations and start to get control of his life again.

If you are suffering from this and need help, give me ring on 0778 215 8008.   I am available in UK and worldwide.  If you would prefer therapy online, please click here.

The most important part of an effective panic attack programme

panic attack programme

People regularly ask me what I feel is the most important part of a panic attack programme.
When I was a sufferer, the thing I missed most was regular contact with a therapist. Weekly sessions were ok but, if I hit a bad patch during the week, there was no-one to contact. I also found that I was unable to carry out exercises and exposure sessions, which the therapist had left me to do during the week. I just didn’t have the mental strength to carry them out and failure often left me feeling deflated.
Many panic attack programmes offer a helpline number to call when you have a problem, but I find that this is insufficient for a sufferer in need. When a client calls, he expects to speak to his therapist and not a random person who happens to be on duty that day. Always ensure that you will only be contacting the therapist when you call.

Daily contact by the therapist should also include a webinar which involves meditation or relaxation. Regular sessions will help reduce stress, and make you mentally stronger to face any future challenges. These sessions should also be live, and not a recording. The client needs to know that their therapist is there physically for them, and available should any need arise.
When you are considering investing in a panic attack programme, ensure that the above is offered before you enrol. It will make all the difference to your recovery.

If you have any questions to ask, you are welcome to contact me via my facebook page.

New year’s resolution for panic attack sufferers

New Year’s resolution for panic attack sufferers

Wanting to make a New Year  resolution shows that, at the back of your mind, is a desire to better yourself.   The fact that people keep making resolutions even when they don’t always follow through ultimately means that you have hope and a certain level of belief in your ability to change.

Setting a resolution also increases your chances of success.   Research shows that if you make a resolution, you have a 46% chance of success.   This compares to four percent who wanted to achieve a certain goal and considered it, but didn’t actually create a resolution.

Panicattacktherapist will be encouraging panic attack sufferers to make 2015 the year they take action to rid themselves of their attacks.   Their online programme includes full support from the creator of the programme, Vincent Benedict, by phone, skype, facebook chat.   Also included will be regular webinars which involve relaxation exercises and meditation.   2014 has been a great year for Panicattacktherapist with many clients finally getting rid of their issues and leading normal lives.

Anyone considering starting this programme during the first week of January 2015, can currently use it for 7 days free of charge, to see if this programme is really as good as everyone says it is.   Vincent Benedict is also available to discuss your issues and how he can help you.     Just ring 077 8215 8008 or skype vincent.benedict449.

Agoraphobia

agoraphobia

Agoraphobia – leave it outside!

People with agoraphobia fear being in situations where escape may be difficult, or where no-one would be around if things went wrong.

Most people think that this is a fear of open spaces but this is too simple a label.  Sufferers can be fearful of numerous situations including:

*   leaving home; home is normally considered a place of safety.
*   travelling by plane, trains or any other kind of transport.
*   visiting places where there are lots of people e.g. supermarkets.

People with this problem tend to exercise avoidance; this is the practice of avoiding places which cause anxiety.   Others may enter these places, only when accompanied by a friend or relative.

In many cases, this condition starts as a result of associating panic attacks with places or situations where the attacks occurred, and then avoiding them.

Not all people with this problem suffer from panic attacks.  Their fear may be related to a fear of crime, illness or terrorism.

If you are a sufferer, you may feel that it is incurable and that you are resigned to having it for the rest of your life.   This is not the case and many people recover and lead normal lives again.

This client had been to counselling for a year for her attacks. She also had problems with going to supermarkets. As counselling was unsuccessful, she came for a first session with me a week ago. This is part of our second session where we went to Tescos and walked around. She was so relaxed that we even stayed for a coffee. Total time in Tescos was about half an hour. After this walk, Susan then went for a walk on her own in Tescos. Contact me if you want to hire me. http://panicattacktherapist.com/eliminateyourpanicattacks/

Reduce your feelings of anxiety and panic

Guide to panic attack breathing

guide to panic attack breathing

Panic Attack Breathing

Panic attack breathing is a great tool to learn to help you cope.   When people are anxious, they tend to take rapid, shallow breaths that come directly from the chest. This type of breathing is called thoracic or chest breathing. When you’re anxious, you may not even be aware that you’re breathing this way. Breathing through the diaphragm, sometimes called abdominal or belly breathing, has been linked to reduced feelings of anxiety and panic.

Panic attack breathing is a great tool to learn to help you cope.

The easiest way to determine your breathing pattern is to put one hand on your upper abdomen near the waist and the other on the middle of your chest. As you breathe, notice which hand raises the most. If you are breathing properly, your abdomen should expand and contract with each breath. It is especially important to be aware of these differences during stressful and anxious times when you are more likely to breathe from your chest.
The above, often called panic attack breathing,  will not help to eliminate panic attacks but will help you cope with the symptoms.   To learn to eliminate anxiety / panic attacks for good, please go here.
